Things to do after wake up.
1. Exercise in Bed :
Stretch your body. Hold your legs on upward direction. / try to hold your body inU shape with the help of hands. Rotate your neck, head, body left to right. Etc...
2. Drink 2-3 glass of water :
Water makes our digestive system better. And after exercise water is must.
3. Walk :
Take a walk if possible. It will boost your brain and give freshness in morning.
4. Shower :
Because of exercise and walk our body produce sweat and pull out our exotics. So take shower is necessity.
5 Breakfast :
Last but most is Breakfast not just because of exercise and walk but our body and digestive track work whole night during our sleep. So our body needs food to reboot our body. So don't forget to breakfast.
These 5 tips on your regular basis will change your health and mental fitness.
